1. Business Identity & Scope

Hangzhou Yoho Industrial Co., Ltd is a direct manufacturer specializing in outdoor furniture since 2001. Our services include wholesale supply, OEM/ODM manufacturing, and project-based furniture solutions. These terms apply to all inquiries, quotations, and service agreements facilitated through this website.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product designs (1,000+ items), high-resolution images, and R&D concepts, is the exclusive property of Yoho Outdoor.

Restricted Use: B2B partners and visitors are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using our proprietary designs or brand assets for unauthorized commercial purposes without express written consent.

3. Product Specifications & Customization (OEM/ODM)

Accuracy: While we strive for 100% accuracy, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to the nature of outdoor materials (e.g., synthetic wicker, teak, textiles).

Customization: For OEM/ODM projects, the client is responsible for ensuring that any designs provided do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. Yoho Outdoor reserves the right to refuse designs that violate safety or manufacturing standards.

4. Quotations and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Validity: All price quotes provided via our 4-hour rapid response system are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated, due to fluctuations in raw material costs.

MOQ: As a wholesale manufacturer, we enforce Minimum Order Quantities per product or project. However, we offer flexibility through our Container Consolidation Service, allowing clients to mix up to 15 different items in a single container.

5. Shipping and Delivery

On-Time Commitment: We take pride in our 98% on-time delivery rate. However, delivery dates are estimates provided in good faith.

Terms of Sale: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all international shipments are conducted under FOB (Free On Board) terms. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services may be arranged upon specific request and confirmation.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the carrier at the port of origin.

6. Inspection and Acceptance

Inspection Period: B2B clients must inspect goods upon arrival. Any claims for shortages or visible damage must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of receipt.

Defect Rate: Our manufacturing process maintains a defect rate of less than 1.5%. Claims regarding manufacturing defects will be handled according to our Warranty Policy.

7. Warranty and After-Sales Support

Coverage: We provide a limited warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years, depending on the specific product category and material.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from extreme weather conditions beyond specified limits, improper assembly by the client, or normal wear and tear.

Response: We guarantee a same-day response to all quality-related feedback and complaints.

8. Payment Terms

Payments are generally accepted via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). Specific payment schedules (e.g., deposit vs. balance upon BL) will be outlined in the Proforma Invoice (PI) for each specific order.

9. Limitation of Liability

Yoho Outdoor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from delays in shipping or product use, beyond the replacement value of the goods purchased.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.
